Return Policy
Unfortunately, due to the low-cost nature of our products, once an order has shipped, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sales are final. Cuesalbum reserves the right to refuse any returns at any time.
Exchanges
We inspect all of our items carefully before shipping. However, we understand that sometimes items can be damaged during delivery and shipment. We are able to replace your damaged item within 7 days of receiving your item. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you have received it. It must also be in it's original packaging.
We would require visual proof (picture) of the damage/defect during your first inspection of the item along with your Returns slip. All damaged / incorrect items must be returned to us in order to be eligible for a Refund or Exchange.
If 7 days have gone by since you first receive your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Defective/damaged items and incorrect items can only be exchanged with the same item or correct item (subject to stock availability) or store credit of the same amount.
Limitation of Returns & Exchanges on specific products:
A. Custom-made
1. Customized product order is non-refundable, once order are made it can’t be cancelled.
2. Returns and refund on customized item only allowed for reasons Cuesalbum’s error. Refund amount only subject to the item returned (after adjustment of discount/shipping, if required).
3. Shipping fee and transportation fee are non-refundable.
B. Pre-order
1. Pre-order product is non-refundable and can’t be cancelled during lead time.
2. Returns and refund will only allowed for reasons Cuesalbum’s error or order item is out of stock.
3. Shipping fee and transportation fee are non-refundable for partial return.
Store Credit
For replacement items that are out of stock or unavailable for exchange, we will reimburse you with store credit or a gift voucher of the same amount. Items purchased online are not eligible for exchange for items in our showrooms.
