We ONLY provide domestic shipping within Malaysia.

Methods and Prices

Ships Time

Our orders ship within 3 BUSINESS days, orders are not shipped on weekends or holiday. It may take longer to process if we‘ve experience high-volume of orders. Pre-order or custom-made items ship in between the date we state, which normally take 14-21 days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with a tracking number.

Change and Cancellation of Delivery Address

We are ale to change the address at anytime before the order has been dispatched.
Cancellation is not allowed once parcel has been shipped.

We are not responsible for any loss of the goods after shipping company has delivered the parcel to the designated address and any wrong shipment information provided by customer,

Important notice: Due to the recent spike in COVID-19 cases, all of our delivery partners will be practicing contactless delivery in an effort to maintain social distancing. Therefore, some of our delivery partners would be signing the proof of delivery (POD) on your behalf after the parcel has been collected. If you are not at home, our delivery partners will still reach out to you for permission before proceeding to leave the parcel.
